1. What Novaro is

Novaro is a media player. We do not operate, own, host, sell, curate, index, recommend or license any television channel, film, series or IPTV subscription. We hold no library of our own, and there is nothing to browse until a user connects a source they already have.

Each user connects their own playlist or provider account, and that source is visible only within that user's own account. We do not aggregate, merge, publish or search across sources belonging to different users, and no user's source is discoverable by anyone else.

2. Where the stream comes from

On televisions and mobile apps, video travels directly from the user's provider to the user's device. It does not pass through our servers.

In a web browser we relay the stream, because browsers refuse to load insecure or cross-origin video into a secure page. That relay is a transport step only: we do not record, store, transcode or publish what passes through it.

3. Sending a notice

If you own, or represent the owner of, a work and believe a source connected by one of our users infringes it, write to copyright@novaro-iptv.com. Please include:

  • Identification of the work or works concerned.
  • The provider hostname, playlist URL, or channel and title names that let us identify the source. Without something we can match against, we cannot act.
  • Your name, organisation, and the rights you hold or represent.
  • A statement that you hold a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
  • Contact details for correspondence.

4. How we respond

We acknowledge notices within 2 business days and act on valid ones within 5 business days, usually sooner.

When we act on a notice, we:

  • Block the identified source, which immediately stops it being browsed, played, relayed or refreshed — including sessions already in progress.
  • Delete the catalogue listing copied from that source, and purge any cached subtitles or artwork derived from it.
  • Notify the user whose source was blocked, and why.
  • Record the action, the reason and the time in our administrative audit log.

5. Counter-notice

If your source was blocked and you hold the right to access it, reply to the notification or write to copyright@novaro-iptv.com explaining the basis of that right, with any supporting documentation. We will review it and restore the source if the objection is well-founded. A restored source starts unverified and must be reconnected and re-synchronised, because its catalogue was deleted.

6. Repeat infringers

Accounts that attract repeated valid notices lose access. A second valid notice against the same account results in a formal warning; a third results in termination without refund of the current period. Attempting to re-add a blocked source, or opening a new account to work around a block, counts as a further instance.

7. Abusive notices

Notices are acted on in good faith and on their merits. We may decline a notice that is unverifiable, that does not identify a source we can locate, or that is being used to disrupt a competitor rather than to protect a work. Deliberately false notices may be reported.
