Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Player-only service

Novaro is software that organizes and plays media supplied through a user's own legally obtained playlist or provider account. Novaro does not provide, sell, recommend, verify, host, or license television channels, movies, series, or IPTV subscriptions.

2. Your responsibility

You must have the legal right to access every source you connect, and you confirm this each time you add one. You may not use the service for copyright infringement, unauthorized redistribution, credential sharing, circumvention, abuse, or unlawful activity.

2a. Copyright notices and blocked sources

We act on notices from rights holders. If a source you connected is the subject of a valid notice we will block it: it stops being browsable, playable and refreshable, the catalog copied from it is deleted, and you are told why. Accounts that attract repeated valid notices are terminated. The full procedure, including how to object to a block, is in our Copyright Policy.

3. Provider availability

Third-party providers are independent from Novaro. Catalog accuracy, stream availability, subtitles, EPG data, quality and outages are controlled by those providers and are not guaranteed by Novaro.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your credentials and devices. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, security threats, fraud, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Novaro is not liable for third-party content, provider failures, indirect loss, lost data, or interruption outside our reasonable control.
