Novaro currently offers trial access and does not yet accept payments. No charge is made when a trial ends.
Future paid plans
Before paid plans launch, this policy will be updated with the final payment provider, prices, renewal terms, cancellation method, statutory withdrawal rights and refund eligibility. Paid checkout must not launch until those terms are displayed before purchase.
Third-party IPTV providers
Novaro cannot cancel or refund any IPTV provider or playlist purchase because those services are not sold by Novaro. Contact that provider directly.

For account-access issues, contact support@novaro.app with the email used for your Novaro account. Never send an IPTV password in support email.
